Competition Format & Rules
Basic Information

| 2 | Audio file format can only be MP3, WAV, or WMA. |
| 3 | Age will be calculated as on 1 October 2026. |
| 4 | Last date for submitting the registration form is extended to 10 September 2026 |

Note: Please make sure that your date of birth is Calculated as on 1 October 2026.
Competition Categories

Category Selection Rule
| S. No. | Rule |
|---|---|
| 1 | Participants can choose either Light Music or Classical Music, category. |
| 2 | If a participant wants to participate in both categories, he/she must fill a separate registration form for each category. |
| 3 | In the Final Round, only one category will be allowed for the participant. |
| 4 | If a participant qualifies in both categories, the category with the higher score will be considered for the Final Round. |
Song Sample Audio Upload

| 1 | Participants must upload their final audio sample during registration. |
| 2 | Allowed file formats: MP3 / WAV / WMA. |
| 3 | Classical song duration: maximum 5 minutes. |
| 4 | Light song duration: maximum 3 minutes. |
| 5 | Recordings should contain proper Sur and Taal. |
| 6 | Studio recordings and karaoke tracks will not be eligible for the contest. |
| 7 | After submission, participants cannot change or replace their audio file. |
Competition Rounds
1. Audition Round

| 2 | Select the correct age group, competition category, and song details. |
| 3 | Upload your photo and audio file as per the registration form steps. |
| 4 | Complete the registration payment. |
2. Selection / Final Round

| 1 | To Be Held At Jaipur 1st/2nd Octomber 2026 |
| 2 | Shortlisted candidates from the Preliminary Round will be selected for the Final / Audition Round. |
| 3 | Selected candidates may be required to submit another audio file and form for Final Round as per the given deadline. |
| 4 | Result of the Audition Round will be announced on the website and may also be shared by email. |
| 5 | Candidates should regularly check their email and the website for notifications. |
Finale Round

| 1 | Registration fee for the Final Round will be ₹1000. & should be deposited by 15th September 2026 with copy of aadhar card |
| 2 | All Participants and guardians should send their travel programme along with copy of tickets up to september 25 otherwise it will be treated that they are not comming |
| 3 | This fee while include participation , lodging , and boarding for the participant only (triple sharing Basis ) |
Parent / Guardian Facility
| 1 | Parent/guardian only one will be allowed only with prior registration. up to 15th September 2026 subject to availability. |
| 2 | Parent/guardian registration fee will be ₹2500per person |

Award Rule
| 1 | If there is no qualifying participant in a particular category, the award may not be given in that category. |
| 2 | The Award MAy BE Given To Another Deserving Participant/ Category As Decided By The Judges And Organisers. |
Travel Subsidy
| 1 | Participants coming from more than 1000 km distance will be reimbursed ₹1000 on production of valid travel ticket. |
| 2 | Awards Winner Will Not Be Eligible For This Travels Subsidy. |
Important Notes
| 1 | Judges’ decision will be final and binding. |
| 2 | Organizers decision will be final. |
| 3 | Incomplete forms or forms without payment will not be accepted. |
| 4 | Participants must carry valid ID proof during the Final Round. |
| 5 | The organizers reserve the right to change, modify, or cancel any rule, schedule, or round if required.. |
